Thank you for your Registration! Please make sure you have written down all your instructor choices and options in case of any errors. In order for you to complete this registration you have a few options available to you.

In order to pay via credit card or eCheck you will need to calculate the amount you owe based on your registration type, room selection and alumni discount.

When you reach a final number please multiply that by .029 and at that number plus $1 to it. This is the price for online processing. Neither MotionFest nor Laughter Arts Foundation sees this money. All transactions will be verified for accuracy, so please do your best on calculations.

For example:

$525 - Registration with double occupancy

$55 - Sunday Night Room

$50 - And a $50 alumni discount

Total = $530 x 1.029 = 545.47 + 1 = $546.47

Common Calculations:

438.33 - Regular Registration

412.60 - Regular Registration w/ 1 alumni discount

335.43 - Registration without room

That is the number you want to pay. Keep in mind we are a non-profit organization so they are considered donations. However since you are receiving a service for your donation they are not considered a charitable donation.

If you would like to make a donation to the Laughter Arts Foundation above and beyond your registration fee. Then add that amount on and lets us know in the comments how much more you are donating and we will give you a tax-deductible receipt for that amount.

3. If you have made other arrangements please contact phil@motionfest.com to discuss it.

4. Please take some time and fill out our evaluation form. The form in a generalized form which applies to people who have and have not attended. The more evaluation forms we receive the more we can tailor MotionFest Baltimore 2003 and future MotionFests to your needs.

Please be aware that payments not received within 2 weeks of registration submission will void your registration for the event.
