Alumni get $25 discount off a full package.
Or $10 discount off the single day rates.
In
addition those alumni who have attended consecutive conferences
will get $25 discount for each consecutive conference they have
attended starting with the last one in November. That is if
they attended this past MotionFest in November and the one before
that in San Francisco then they would receive $50 discount.
However if they did not attend this past MotionFest in November
but have attended everyone since that, they would only get the
regular $25 discount. Please keep in mind we have people
attending who are now receiving a $100 discount for past
attendances!!!
Full Package Registration includes:
Room for 4 nights (double occupancy)
Come in Wednesday and relax! Wednesday night room is
included in the full package! Be ready to start the
conference refreshed and early Thursday Morning.
Admission to all workshops and lectures
Add $125 for single hotel room
Subtract $100 if NO hotel room needed
Additional nights in hotel are $25 (double occ)

IMPORTANT
NOTE!!
When we receive your registration
form submission, we will hold a space for you. However, you
are not fully registered and guaranteed admission to MotionFest
until we receive your check or credit
card payment within 2 weeks of registration submission! MotionFest attendance IS limited. Only registrants
who have PAID IN FULL will be guaranteed admission. Register and
PAY as soon as possible to guarantee a spot!
Cancellation
Policy
If you register and then the 'gig of a lifetime' comes along, no
worries... give us 30 days notice and your registration fee will
be refunded, less $50. Less than 30 days notice and we keep $100.
Come on... if it's the 'gig of a lifetime,' it must be paying well
or you wouldn't be cancelling. Forfeited monies can be applied in
full to future MotionFest events.
